Cancellation Policy

According to the “Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 17 para. 2 cf. § 9 para. 2 (2a)”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. This means that you cannot get a refund or exchange your tickets for another ticket type unless it is cancelled by Masks i Marskens.

Tickets may not be used commercially for package sales, competitions, resales or the like unless authorised by Foreningen Masker i Marsken. Resale of tickets for more than face price + fee is illegal in Denmark unless authorised by the organiser.

Surcharges, ticket fees, administrative costs and any shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the ticket with the corresponding event. Changes in repertoire or partial implementation of an event do not equate to a cancellation, so the money for this is generally not refunded.
