Intarsia — also known as the tapestry technique — is great for creating larger surfaces in different colors. It gives a beautiful effect and you knit with only one thread at a time.
In this workshop, we take as a basis our new Mikley series, which is characterized by graphic fields. We teach you how to get beautiful transitions and, not least, staple the ends. We knit according to a diagram, so you will be comfortable reading it. In addition, we review mask stitching on knitwear, which can give a great effect.
We carry plenty of Tweed yarns so you can put together your favorite colors.
Bring your own knitting needles 5 mm (60 or 80 cm).
The workshop is conducted by Rachel Søgaard, who is responsible for the recipe development at Kit Couture on a daily basis.
